OK Efren. I can't afford a saltwater aquarium. I've done that and it's expensive and too much work for the little time I have. So, I'll have to say that it would be a freshwater aquarium with local fish (mosquito fish, Rio Grande Cichlids, rainwater killifish). If I could afford it, I'd refrigerate the water and get some rainbow trout.

Hey Doc! Thanks for the comment on my blog! I am gonna start an aquarium with my students in plastic 3L bottles with a fish and plants. These will be tested and maintained by the students throughout the year and they will be posting updates on their own blogs. I would love to start an aquarium with local fish and plants but i wouldnt know were to collect them. Please if you have any suggestions or a little bit of time to show me where i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks and keep in touch
